Role Description This full-time, on-site Property Advisor position is based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Property Advisor will be responsible for providing expert property advice to clients, managing property listings, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the property purchase or renting process. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, offering tailored investment opportunities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring efficient management of property-related inquiries. The Property Advisor will serve as a bridge between clients and property owners to facilitate successful transactions. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs. Knowledge of Property Management and Investments to provide expert advice on real estate opportunities. Understanding of Finance to assess investment opportunities and provide insights on property valuation and related financial aspects. Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in real estate or a related field is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in spoken and written English is desirable.
