Property ConsultantLocation: Cairo, Egypt (On-site)About the RoleBrokers Hub is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has the ability to match clients with the right investment opportunities while achieving sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify new sales leads through different channels.Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.Conduct property viewings and project presentations.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the buying process.Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records using the company's CRM.Stay updated on market trends, developers' projects, and pricing.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Fresh graduates with strong sales skills are welcome to apply).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.Target-oriented with a passion for sales.Good command of English and Arabic.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive Basic Salary.Attractive Commission Scheme.Professional Training & Career Development.Clear Career Growth Path.Dynamic and Supportive Work Environment.Opportunity to work with leading real estate developers.Employment TypeFull-time
