Role Description We are seeking an experienced Property Consultant for a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. The primary responsibilities include guiding clients throughout the property buying, selling, or renting process. The role will involve conducting market research, generating leads, presenting property options, negotiating deals, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful applicant will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure they receive reliable and professional advice throughout their property transactions. Qualifications Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise to provide clients with accurate market advice and property insightsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain positive client relationshipsProven experience in Sales and proficiency in negotiation techniquesAbility to work independently and manage multiple clients effectivelyKnowledge of the New Cairo real estate market is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
