Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant, based in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing tailored advice and guidance. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing necessary documentation, and staying up-to-date with market trends to ensure the best client outcomes. QualificationsProven skills in Consulting, Real Estate, and SalesStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and build lasting relationshipsKnowledge of the local real estate market, including current trends and property valuesAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targetsProficiency in relevant software tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
