Key Responsibilities Represent the company’s products and services with a deep understanding of real estate offerings Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients Organize daily schedules to reach out to potential customers and follow up on leads Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals Conduct meetings, presentations, and property demonstrations Handle client objections professionally and close sales effectively Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities Prepare reports, proposals, and booking documentation Conduct market research and monitor competitors Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Consultant / Property Advisor or similar role Background in Real Estate or Banking is preferred Proven track record of achieving sales targets Fluent in English (spoken & written) Must own a car Skills & Competencies Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong presentation and selling skills Good organizational and time management skills Strong problem-solving abilities High level of professionalism and integrity Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Proficient in MS Office Benefits Social Insurance Medical Insurance Comission Working Conditions Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekends: Friday & Saturday Work Location Sheraton– Masr El Gededa, Cairo
