Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Istanbul for a Senior Property Consultant. The responsibilities include advising clients on real estate purchases, engaging in proactive communication to understand client needs, and providing exceptional customer service. The Senior Property Consultant will also negotiate deals, close sales, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and offerings. Qualifications Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with a deep understanding of the market and industry trendsExcellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage effectively with clients and provide tailored solutionsProven experience in Sales, including negotiation and closing dealsAbility to work in a team-oriented environment and support the organization’s customer-centric approachBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Sales, or a related field is an assetFluency in both English and Turkish is preferredProficiency in using technology and real estate software for efficient operations
