Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, providing tailored property recommendations, facilitating site visits, and maintaining strong customer service throughout the client engagement period. The consultant will also collaborate with developers and peers to ensure a seamless transaction process for clients. QualificationsConsulting and advisory experience to guide clients in making informed real estate decisionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team membersCustomer service expertise and the ability to address client inquiries and concerns professionallyProven sales experience, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targetsKnowledge and familiarity with the real estate market and trends in EgyptSelf-motivated, organized, and results-oriented approach to workBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantageProficiency in relevant technology tools and platforms
