The Property Advisor will assist clients in buying, selling, or investing in real estate properties, providing expert guidance and personalized recommendations. Responsibilities include property presentations, market analysis, maintaining client relationships, and facilitating smooth transactions. The candidate will work closely with developers and clients to match property needs with available offerings while ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and establish lasting relationshipsKnowledge of Property Management and Investment strategies to assist clients in making informed decisionsUnderstanding of Finance principles relevant to real estate transactionsResults-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet targets and deadlinesProficiency in using property management or CRM software is preferredA degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficialPrevious experience in the real estate industry or a related field is an advantageFluency in English and Arabic is required
