Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Agent located in Qesm El Maadi. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for advising clients on the buying, selling, and renting of residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating agreements, preparing contracts, staying informed about the real estate market, and identifying suitable property options to meet client needs. QualificationsMust hold a valid Real Estate License or equivalent certificationExperience in Real Estate with knowledge of both residential and commercial propertiesCustomer Service and Sales expertise to provide exceptional client experiences and close deals effectivelyProficiency in understanding Real Property laws and regulationsStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentFamiliarity with the local real estate market in Qesm El Maadi is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredGood English
