The ideal candidate must have 5-7 years of Property Management experience of managing mixed-use & malls,high rise operational commercial, office and or residential buildings in Egypt; and must hold relevant Masters / Postgraduate / Undergraduate degrees and or associated accreditations.The candidate should have a working knowledge of building operations, property, and asset management, FMMA - managing facilities management service providers, transitions management, functionality of property management systems and interfacing with clients, stakeholders, and tenants.
