This role focuses on assessing client needs related to protection solutions, such as insurance, risk management, and financial security products, and recommending tailored options that align with their circumstances and objectives. The Protection Consultant will meet with clients, conduct detailed consultations, analyze existing protection plans, and prepare clear, accurate proposals and reports. Daily responsibilities include following up with clients, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of protection products and regulations, and ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are met. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, providing ongoing advice, and contributing to the improvement of protection services and processes.Qualifications Strong analytical and advisory skills, with the ability to assess client needs, evaluate risk, and recommend appropriate protection solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to conduct client consultations, explain complex information clearly, and build trust-based relationships.Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client cases, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.Knowledge of insurance, financial protection products, or risk management; prior experience in a related field is an advantage.Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing environment in New Cairo, with a proactive and professional approach to service.Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, use common office and CRM software, and adapt to evolving client and market needs.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred; relevant certifications in insurance or risk management are a plus.
