The role focuses on building relationships with media, coordinating public-facing communications, supporting events, and ensuring consistent messaging across external communication channels.Key ResponsibilitiesMedia RelationsBuild and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and company announcements.Coordinate media interviews and press opportunities.Respond to media inquiries under the guidance of management.Public Relations ActivitiesExecute PR campaigns that support marketing and business objectives.Identify opportunities to secure media coverage and increase brand visibility.Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports.Content & CommunicationsPrepare press materials, company profiles, speeches, newsletters, and external communications.Ensure all communications align with the company's brand identity and messaging.Support the development of communication materials for campaigns and events.Event CoordinationAssist in organizing:Press conferencesProduct launchesCorporate eventsCommunity initiativesSponsorship activitiesCoordinate with vendors, media representatives, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.Reputation ManagementMonitor public perception and media coverage.Escalate potential reputational risks to management.Support crisis communication activities when required.CollaborationWork closely with the Content, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Design, and Sales teams to ensure integrated communication efforts.Coordinate with external agencies and partners when needed.ReportingMaintain media contact databases.Track PR campaign performance and media coverage.Prepare reports and recommend opportunities for improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.Experience2–5 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, or Marketing.Experience working with media outlets and organizing events is preferred.Apply here : monica.wassim@coaholding.com
