Your JobAs a Purchase Scheduler EU, you will play a key role in ensuring the right glass products are available at the right time across European plants. You translate Master Planning signals into effective intercompany purchase schedules, balancing service, cost, inventory, and operational constraints to protect regional OTIF performance.Our TeamYou will join the EU Planning & Supply Chain team, working closely with Master Planning, Production, Warehouse, Shipping, and Logistics teams across Europe. The team is responsible for synchronizing supply flows between plants to support customer demand and regional performance goals.What You Will DoTurn Master Planning requirements into accurate and executable intercompany purchase schedules across EU plantsProactively manage supply deviations by adjusting purchase plans to protect customer service and OTIF resultsBalance inventory, lead time, freight cost, and capacity constraints to support efficient material flowCollaborate daily with Production, WH/SH, and Logistics teams to align purchasing decisions with operational realitiesContribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize purchasing, scheduling, and sourcing processesSupport team resilience by providing backup coverage for other EU Purchase Schedulers when neededWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience in purchasing, supply planning, scheduling, or materials planning within a manufacturing or industrial environmentWorking knowledge of ERP systems.Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic, multi‑site European supply chain environmentStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a service‑oriented mindsetComfortable working cross‑functionally with planning, production, and logistics teamsWhat Will Put You AheadExperience with intercompany purchasing and multi‑plant sourcing (MPS)Understanding of OTIF, ATP, safety stock, and inventory optimization conceptsExposure to glass, process manufacturing, or capital‑intensive production environmentsConfidence in challenging planning assumptions and proposing data‑driven improvementsExperience working in a regional or EU‑wide planning roleAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
