Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with production requirements. Forecast material requirements and manage purchase planning. Plan and maintain safety stock levels to prevent production interruptions. Monitor inventory levels in coordination with production and warehouse teams. Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Track purchasing KPIs and prepare regular reports for Plant Manager. Implement continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes. Social insurance coverage Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics are a plus. 5–8 years of experience in procurement within the manufacturing or food industry. Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role. Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation. Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems. Understanding of inventory management and production planning.
