Nawrly is Hiring: Purchasing & Product Data CoordinatorNawrly, a growing e-commerce brand specialized in premium lighting products, is looking for a Purchasing & Product Data Coordinator to join our team and manage purchasing requests, supplier follow-ups, shortages, delayed items, order tracking, and product data updates on the website.Job Responsibilities:Prepare and send purchase requests/orders to approved suppliers.Follow up with suppliers on order status, availability, and delivery dates.Track pending, delayed, and partially delivered orders.Follow up on missing items and product shortages.Coordinate with the inventory team to identify required items and stock needs.Update purchasing records, supplier follow-up sheets, and order status regularly.Inform management about delayed orders, unavailable items, or urgent shortages.Coordinate with the accounting team regarding supplier invoices and payment updates.Follow up from purchase request until items are received.Maintain organized records for purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and delivery updates.Add new products to the website with accurate product data.Update product information including names, SKUs, prices, categories, specifications, availability, and images.Make sure product data on the website is accurate and aligned with supplier/inventory information.Report missing product details, missing images, pricing issues, or incomplete product information to management.Support daily operations by making sure required items are ordered, followed up on time, and updated properly on the website.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in purchasing coordination, supplier follow-up, operations, product data entry, or inventory support.Good follow-up and communication skills.Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.Organized, accurate, and able to track multiple orders and product updates at the same time.Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms or product upload processes is preferred.Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, WordPress, or similar platforms is a plus.Ability to enter and review product data accurately.Ability to work with suppliers and internal teams in a clear and professional way.Experience in retail, e-commerce, lighting, furniture, home decor, or trading companies is preferred.Basic understanding of purchase orders, invoices, stock needs, product data, and delivery follow-up is a plus.What We’re Looking For:We are looking for an organized and committed person who can follow up with suppliers, track purchase orders, monitor shortages, and add/update product data on the website accurately as the company grows.Work Type: Full-timeLocation: El - Sherabya - cairo
