Manage and supervise daily procurement operations and purchasing activities.Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with warehouses and departments to ensure material availability.Review purchase requests and approve purchase orders according to company policies.Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.Ensure cost reduction and continuous improvement in procurement processes.Coordinate with finance regarding payments, budgets, and cost control.Lead, train, and evaluate procurement team performance.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and procurement regulations.Prepare procurement reports, KPIs, and purchasing analysis for management. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
