Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for medical devices and supplies in accordance with company standards and requirements.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality assurance.Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and forecast demand for medical products.Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely procurement to prevent shortages or overstock situations.Review and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolving any issues related to delivery, quality, or payment.Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance to management.Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and proper storage of purchased goods. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare sector.Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and inventory control.Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced office environment.Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in medical procurement.Demonstrated commitment to ethical purchasing practices and continuous improvement.
