Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.Issue purchase orders and monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery.Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Quality Control, and Finance departments.Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials to prevent shortages or overstocking.Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delays, or discrepancies.Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.Support audits and maintain supplier performance records.Develop and maintain long-term supplier relationships. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.0–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts, pricing, and supplier agreements.Solid knowledge of procurement processes, purchase orders, and supplier management.Experience in inventory management and demand planning.Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo) is a plus.Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct cost analysis and identify savings opportunities.Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve supplier and operational issues efficiently.Good command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
