Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price.Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries ,services with suppliers, and shipments details /shipping documents.Choosing the best freight forwarder based on historical performance, negotiating prices and conditions with foreign clearance, and freight carriers companies regularly to optimize benefit and reduce cost.Obtaining approval from requisitioning department.Following a strict budget and keeping records of all the transactionsObtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers.Monitoring and expediting orders, and Following up the shipping docs from banks and arranging them to be sent to the clearance person.Following up the shipment until it reaches its destination.Flexible with the outdoor missions .
