Responsibilities: -Entering and verifying purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into system databases.Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).Evaluate suppliers’ offers.Ensure purchases do not exceed budget.Placing orders to replenish merchandise as needed to Supply Chain dep.Oversee shipment costs, track shipments, and address & resolve any issues.Overseeing storage of products and keeping an eye of productions date.Coordinate regular inventory audits.Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality upon receiving (status upon delivery and storage conditions).Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments). BSc in Logistics, Business Administration, or accounting.+3 Years of proven work experience as a procurement / supply chain specialist or similar role.Good understanding of supply chain procedures.Proficiency in MS Excel, Hands-on experience with accounting software (i.e. Odoo).Good knowledge of inventory cycle and audits.Excellent organization skills.Must be proactive, with the ability to meet deadlines.Good communication and negotiation abilities.
