To ensure the company’s operational excellence by monitoring and analyzing employee performance, tracking KPIs, and following up on action plans, in order to drive continuous improvement and achieve organizational goals efficiently.Collaborate with Department Heads to monitor KPIs and employee performance.Work closely with HR for performance evaluations, training needs, and action plans.Coordinate with team leaders and employees to ensure proper implementation of quality standards.Job Location: Nasr City QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.Experience 6 months to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, KPI monitoring, or Performance Management.Preferred hands-on experience in KPI tracking and employee performance analysisStrong knowledge of KPIs, performance measurement frameworks, and reporting methodologiesExperience in tracking action plans and monitoring employee performance improvement.
