Join our team in AUG Pharma, as a Compliance Supervisor We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Supervisor to ensure our operations adhere to the highest quality and legal standards. This is an on-site position where you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance Monitoring & Regulatory Adherence Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, GXP, and local and international regulatory requirements.Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to internal SOPs, policies, and procedures.Conduct compliance reviews, inspections, and internal audits.Identify compliance risks and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Audit & Inspection Support Prepare departments for internal and external audits (e.g., regulatory authorities, ISO, FDA).Participate in regulatory inspections and provide required documentation.Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely closure.Documentation & Reporting Maintain compliance records, reports, and documentation.Review SOPs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Prepare periodic compliance reports for management review.Training & Awareness Provide compliance training to employees on policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.Promote compliance awareness and ethical conduct across departments.Investigation & Risk Management Investigate compliance deviations, violations, and incidents.Support root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions. QualificationsEducation Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biotechnology, or related field.Experience 3–7 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs in pharmaceutical industry.Previous supervisory experience is preferred.Technical Skills Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, GxP regulations.Experience with audits and regulatory inspections.Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, or local authorities).Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Soft Skills Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.High integrity and ethical standards.
