Quality Control & Inspection* Monitor and inspect civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.* Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.* Verify that all work activities are performed according to approved method statements and inspection test plans (ITPs).* Ensure materials delivered to site comply with approved specifications and material submittals.* Review and approve material inspection requests (MIRs) and work inspection requests (WIRs) before consultant inspections.* Identify non-conforming works and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessary.* Follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closure.Documentation & Reporting* Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, test reports, and quality documentation.* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.* Review project specifications, drawings, method statements, and quality procedures.* Ensure all quality documentation is properly maintained and updated.* Assist in preparing handover dossiers and project close-out documents.Coordination & Compliance* Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams regarding quality-related matters.* Attend consultant inspections and quality meetings.* Ensure compliance with project quality plans, contract requirements, and applicable standards.* Provide technical guidance to site teams regarding quality requirements and workmanship standards.* Support project teams in resolving quality issues and implementing improvements.Testing & Handover* Witness field tests and inspections as required.* Verify completion of snagging and de-snagging activities.* Participate in final inspections and project handover processes.* Ensure all quality-related punch list items are closed before project completion. * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering.* Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC, site supervision, or construction quality management.* Experience in commercial, industrial, hospitality, residential, or fit-out projects.* Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing works, and quality standards
