The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring full compliance with customer requirements, API, ISO, and other international standards while supporting operational excellence across all workshop and field activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, API Q1, and applicable international standards.Manage all QA/QC activities related to API & Premium Connection Rethreading, Machine Shop Manufacturing, Welding, Hardbanding, Bucking Operations, Cleaning, Repair, and Rental Services.Ensure compliance with customer specifications, API requirements, premium connection procedures, and company quality policies.Develop, review, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, inspection plans, and quality documentation.Lead internal and external audits, certification activities, and customer audits while ensuring timely closure of audit findings.Supervise and develop QA/QC inspectors and quality personnel through coaching, training, and performance management.Review inspection reports, quality dossiers, certificates, and non-conformance reports.Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor quality KPIs, analyze trends, and prepare management reports.Coordinate with Operations, HSE, Engineering, Sales, and customers to ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.Manage customer complaints, technical clarifications, and quality-related communications.Support tender preparation by providing technical quality input when required.Ensure calibration, inspection equipment control, document control, and regulatory compliance.Drive operational efficiency through process optimization and digital quality management tools.Willing to travel to company workshops and operational sites when is required. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Minimum 8–12 years of QA/QC experience within the Oil & Gas or Petroleum Services industry.At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.Strong hands-on experience in OCTG services, threading/rethreading, machine shop operations, inspection, welding, and manufacturing quality.Previous experience with oilfield service companies or third-party inspection organizations is highly preferred.Excellent knowledge of API Q1, API 5CT, API 5B, API 6A, ISO 9001, ASME, AWS, ASTM, and relevant international standards.Experience managing ISO/API certification and audit programs.Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 and/or API Q1) is an advantage.Knowledge of NDT and welding inspection requirements is preferred.Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.SkillsStrong leadership and people management.Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA implementation.Quality auditing and compliance management.Project planning and resource coordination.Report writing and technical documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
