- Develop and maintain the QMS for all food safety standards including ISO 22000, GMP, and HACCP- Maintain accurate records for quality control activities, lab analysis results, and corrective actions- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective & preventive actions- Ensure effective implementation of product recall, traceability, and identification procedures to guarantee consumer safety and regulatory compliance- Coordinate with the pest control provider to maintain an effective pest management program across all facility areas- Plan and conduct internal audit programs, then follow up with stakeholders to close audit gaps and ensure full compliance - Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Chemistry, or a related scientific field- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems: ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP- Experience with SEDEX audits and compliance requirements is a strong plus- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint- Good command of English – written and spoken
