The QC Head Pharmacist will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, conducting laboratory testing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols. The role includes developing and implementing quality management systems, analyzing quality control data, and supervising laboratory activities to meet organizational and industry standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Control and Analytical Skills to accurately assess product attributes and ensure compliance with quality standardsStrong Quality Assurance and Quality Management expertise to implement and maintain effective control systems and adhere to regulatory requirementsHands-on Laboratory Skills, including experience with testing, calibration, and maintaining lab equipmentExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related fieldPrevious experience in quality control or quality management within a pharmaceutical setting is a strong asset
