As a QC Lead at Valleysoft, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing quality control activities and leading a team of quality assurance professionals. You will ensure that all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards, guiding the team to implement best testing practices and drive continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle. Private Health Insurance Training & Development Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage the quality control team to ensure high-quality deliverables. Develop and enforce comprehensive test plans, strategies, and processes aligned with project requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to ensure quality objectives are met. Monitor and report on quality metrics, test progress, and defect tracking. Drive the adoption of test automation frameworks and tools to increase testing efficiency. Identify risks and issues related to quality and work proactively to mitigate them. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies and team workflows. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies related to quality assurance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proven experience managing and mentoring QA teams. Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks. Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. ISTQB Advanced Level certification is preferred.
