Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Agricultural Inspector to inspect agricultural and food products, collect samples, and deliver them to the laboratory. The role involves on-site visual inspections, sampling according to SOPs, documentation, and coordination with the lab for testingKey responsibilities:Inspect agricultural and food products (fresh Crops, processed food). Collect representative samples following sampling plans, SOPs. Package, label, and transport samples securely to the laboratory. Perform visual quality checks and basic on-site measurements where required. Record findings and prepare clear inspection and sample submission reports. Coordinate with laboratory staff. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards during handling. .QualificationsRequired qualifications and skills:Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Sciences (BSc). Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in goods inspection, sampling, or quality control involving agricultural/food products. Knowledge of sampling methods, and basic food safety/hygiene practices. Strong report-writing and record-keeping skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic data entry. Good communication skills in English; local language fluency preferred. Desirable:Familiarity with food safety standards (GAP, HACCP, ISO). Additional InformationFlexibility to travel relatively frequently inside Egypt
