You will design and evolve robust automated testing practices that increase release confidence, system reliability, and engineering velocity. This role requires a deep focus on both automation and performance testing across applications and APIs. Working alongside highly technical development teams, you will investigate system behaviors, challenge technical assumptions, and ensure that scalability and reliability risks are addressed early in the development lifecycle to maintain high standards of product excellence.Work ScheduleThis position follows the standard Saudi work week, from Sunday through Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays are the weekend.What You’ll DoDesign, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications, backend services, and APIs.Develop and execute comprehensive automation suites covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.Plan and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance testing to identify system bottlenecks and reliability risks.Integrate automated quality engineering workflows into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.Analyze application and API behavior under load to provide high-quality defect analysis and root cause investigation.Collaborate with architects and developers to clarify requirements, identify edge cases, and improve overall system testability.Define and improve organizational QA standards, test data approaches, and quality metrics.Participate in technical discussions to validate quality and performance expectations before product releases.What You Bring8+ years of professional experience in QA engineering.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.Proven expertise in automation testing for frontend applications, backend services, and APIs.Strong hands-on experience in performance testing and load analysis.Demonstrated experience building automated test suites in production-oriented development environments.Deep understanding of CI/CD-oriented QA practices and test automation integration.Advanced capability in defect analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation.Experience collaborating directly with highly technical software engineering teams.Nice To HavesUnderstanding of how to leverage AI to accelerate test planning and pipeline analysis.Experience testing distributed application workflows.Familiarity with non-functional quality concerns and integration risks in complex ecosystems.
