Quality Assurance Engineer

Job PurposeQA engineer assists quality assurance manager to implement/ maintain the quality assurance programs and ensuring the compliance of the QHSE standards & the implemented *SPS documents system and meet the customer requirementsKey AccountabilitiesUnder supervision conduct internal audits on activities/ processes according to (SPS) {implemented QHSE management system} & ISO 9001& ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 & IATF 16949 (the frequently as per internal audit plan)Participate in preparation of audit report and audit records (check lists/ NCRs)Follow up the corrective action taken of internal audits and measure the action effectivenessFulfill the customer requirements against quality assurance requirements within agreed time as per SOPResponsible for arrange with depts. to pass the customer auditsResponsible for training / awareness sessions to employ for QHSE Management system& ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 &ISO 17025 & IATF16949 Quality assurance policies and proceduresConduct unplanned audits & investigation activities according to Quality assurance manager directionsIdentify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standardsCoordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.Assure on-going compliance with quality & industry regulatory requirements.Fulfill customer documentation requirements due date & Client QuestionnaireResponsible for handling customer complaints with related departmentsResponsible to follow up correction and corrective actions from customer complaints with related departmentsPersonal guide with customers during their visitsAny other tasks which related to work and are asked by Quality Assurance ManagerFollow up System/Product/ customer approval processesQualification & Education:Education: B.Sc. of Engineering or relevant discipline.Years of Experience: 2-5 yearsLanguage: Arabic & EnglishComputer skills: MS office, MS ProjectsTechnical competencies:• QHSE Management system (quality; environment; health and safety management system) • QA quality assurance depts.• KPI Key performance indicators,• NCR non conformity reports • Lead auditor ISO 9001-2015, Internal auditor ISO 14001-2015, Internal auditor ISO 45001:2018, Internal auditor ISO 17025, Green belt six sigma
