Quality Assurance Manager

#Role Profile:The QA Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance systems across IQF and citrus concentrate production, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and customer requirements.#Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.Oversee laboratory testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP, BRC).Lead internal and external audits and manage corrective actions.Coordinate with production and operations teams to improve product quality and efficiency.Train and supervise QA team members.Handle customer complaints and implement preventive actions. Bachelor’s degree in food science, Agriculture, or a related field.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quality assurance within IQF or citrus processing.Strong knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC).Experience in export-oriented food manufacturing is preferred.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
