Our expertise includes OCTG Services, API & Premium Connection Rethreading, Machine Shop Manufacturing, Repair, Bucking Operations, Welding, Hard banding, and related workshop and field services.Job PurposeWe are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Management System (QMS). This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with API, ISO, customer, and regulatory requirements while driving quality culture, process excellence, certification management, and continual improvement across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS).Ensure compliance with API Q1, ISO 9001, customer specifications, and applicable international standards.Develop, review, and control quality procedures, work instructions, quality manuals, and document control systems.Lead internal audits, supplier audits, customer audits, and external certification audits.Maintain company certifications and customer qualifications, including API, ISO, Premium connections, Arnco, and other applicable approvals.Lead Management Review meetings and monitor Quality Objectives and Quality KPIs.Drive Risk Assessment, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor supplier quality performance and support supplier qualification activities.Support tender submissions and customer pre-qualification processes by reviewing quality requirements.Deliver quality awareness programs and provide coaching and training to company personnel.Work closely with Operations, Engineering, HSE, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure effective implementation of quality requirements.Support digital transformation initiatives related to Quality Management Systems.Regular travel to company workshops and operational sites is required. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Minimum 8–10 years of Quality Assurance experience within the Oil & Gas or Petroleum Services industry.Minimum 3–5 years in a QA leadership role.Strong knowledge of API Q1, ISO 9001, quality auditing, document control, risk management, and certification processes.Previous experience in OCTG Services, Machine Shop Manufacturing, Premium Connections, or Oilfield Services is highly preferred.ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is highly preferred.API Q1 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.Willingness to travel regularly between the Head Office and operational sites.Personal SkillsStrategic thinking and analytical mindset.Strong leadership and coaching skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Effective planning and organizational skills.High attention to detail.Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
