You will spearhead the development and execution of robust quality management systems across our R&D and manufacturing operations, ensuring every product meets rigorous international standards and our own uncompromising benchmarks.Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a high-performing Quality Assurance and Quality Control team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and meticulous execution.Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP).Oversee all Quality Control activities, ensuring precise testing, data analysis, and documentation throughout the production lifecycle.Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and optimize overall quality performance.Manage internal and external audits, ensuring successful outcomes and robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulatory compliance standards for our products and processes.Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Production, and other departments to embed quality thinking at every stage.Skills & Technologies: This pivotal role demands expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Process Improvement. A strong understanding of ISO Standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and methodologies like Root Cause Analysis is essential.
