Quality Assurance Specialist - Medical Digitization (Pharmacist)

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the company-wide quality assurance program, specifically focusing on medical digitization operations. This role involves assessing employee performance, ensuring technical accuracy, and verifying conformity to established company policies and procedures.Key responsibilities include:Conducting thorough audits of medical prescription digitization for accuracy.Providing constructive feedback to reduce issues and improve overall data quality.Playing a pivotal role in the development, creation, and implementation of quality enhancement processes and procedures. Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.Preferable: Experience in health insurance claims, including medical prescriptions data entry and/or claims auditing.Knowledge of standard medical coding guidelines (e.g., ICD, CPT) is a significant advantage.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.Demonstrated strong attention to detail.Outstanding presentation and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies
