Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality standards across the organization. This role focuses on designing, documenting, and ensuring adherence to SOPs, policies, and procedures across Head Office, factories, and retail branches to drive consistency, efficiency, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Develop, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and process workflows across all business functionsMap and analyze current processes using tools such as Visio to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunitiesEnsure all procedures are aligned with internal standards and recognized quality frameworksCollaborate with departments (Retail, Operations, Manufacturing, etc.) to standardize processes and ensure proper implementationSupport the rollout and communication of new or updated SOPs across Head Office, factories, and branchesConduct regular audits and field visits to monitor adherence to policies and proceduresIdentify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Maintain and support a centralized documentation system for all policies and proceduresParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service qualityProvide training and guidance to employees on process adherence and quality standards Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, or a similar rolePrevious experience in a retail or multi-branch environment is highly preferredFamiliarity with quality assurance standards (e.g., ISO or similar frameworks)Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or similar process-mapping toolsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailGood understanding of quality assurance principles and continuous improvement methodologiesEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to identify root causes and recommend solutionsStrong time management and ability to handle multiple tasksAdaptability and ability to work in a dynamic, multi-location environment
