Summary:Corporate QA specialist play a central role in supporting the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety programs across all manufacturing sites, this position ensures that product quality, regulatory compliance, and food safety standards are consistently upheld. The role provides technical expertise, manages key quality processes, and drives continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the company’s food safety culture.Key Responsibilities1. Quality Systems & ComplianceSupport the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s QMS in alignment with GFSI standards (e.g., BRCGS, IFS) and regulatory requirements.Assist in preparing for and coordinating internal, customer, and third‑party audits.Track audit findings, corrective actions, and preventive measures to ensure timely closure.Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation, industry standards, and customer requirements.2. Specification & Technical Data ManagementCreate, review, and maintain finished product, raw material, and packaging specifications within internal systems and customer portals.Ensure technical data accuracy, including nutritional information, allergen status, ingredient declarations, and product claims.Liaise with suppliers, NPD, procurement, and manufacturing teams to gather and validate technical information.Support artwork and label approval processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer standards.3. Samples Coordination & Product EvaluationManage the end‑to‑end process for product samples, including customer requests, internal evaluations, and sample dispatch.Maintain sample records and ensure traceability.Coordinate and facilitate sensory panels, including panel scheduling, sample preparation, and data collection.Analyze sensory results and provide clear reports to stakeholders.4. Food Safety & Culture DevelopmentSupport the implementation of food safety initiatives across the sites.Contribute to training materials and communication campaigns that promote strong food safety behaviors on the shop floor of sites.Assist in monitoring food safety KPIs and reporting trends to senior management.Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at strengthening food safety culture and awareness.5. Data Management & ReportingMaintain accurate technical databases and documentation.Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal stakeholders.Support root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement activities using data‑driven insights.6. Cross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment of quality and food safety requirements.Provide technical support to customer‑facing teams, including responses to customer queries and completion of technical questionnaires.Support supplier approval processes and documentation reviews.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Bachelor Of Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine.2 to 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety, preferably in the food industry.Demonstrates current knowledge on GMP, Food Safety, and Hygiene practices.Strong interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively work with all managerial levels, and with external contacts.Strong analytical problem-solving skills with and ability to understand the key requirements in continuous improvement & carry out data analysis and data-based decision making.Team player, problem solving, learning ability, Effective computing, numeracy skills & EnergeticComputer literacy – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft OutlookLanguage Proficiency – English fluency. Ability to stretch as per business requirements
