The role involves supervising QA operations, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring effective implementation of quality systems across operations.Key Responsibilities: Provide oversight of manufacturing and packaging operations, ensuring full compliance with GMP, SOPs, and data integrity requirements, while supporting continuous improvement initiativesReview and approve batch records and logbooks, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with GDP standardsLead the handling of deviations, complaints non-conformities, and incidents, including conducting or supporting root cause investigations and ensuring effective implementation and follow-up of CAPA. Review the mutual QTAs with the company's partnersLead the handling of change control management system and follow up the relevant actionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy4-6 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical QA environmentStrong knowledge of cGMP and GDP principlesSolid understanding of CAPA, change control, deviation management, and quality documentation systemsFamiliarity with ISO 9001, quality systems, and safety programsGood understanding of validation principles and basic statistical conceptsStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
