The role involves supervising inspection activities, monitoring construction quality standards, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with project teams to maintain high-quality execution throughout all project phases.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and implement Quality Control systems, policies, and procedures across construction and commercial projects.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.Review materials, workmanship, and installation processes to ensure adherence to project quality requirements.Identify non-conformities and lead corrective and preventive action plans.Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Contractors to maintain quality standards during project execution.Prepare and maintain QC documentation, reports, and inspection records.Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards, construction regulations, and safety requirements.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance across projects. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architecture / Construction Management preferred).Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Quality Control, with strong exposure to commercial and construction projects.Proven experience in site quality inspections, materials control, and project compliance.Strong knowledge of construction standards, QA/QC procedures, and project documentation.Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Very good command of English.Proficient Auto cad skills, must be able to analyze drawings and spot inconsistencies.
