Implement and follow up on quality inspection plans across production lines to ensure product compliance with required standards.Inspect incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and verify their compliance with approved specifications.Monitor in-process quality control activities during different production stages.Perform required tests and inspections on finished products before release.Ensure the implementation of food safety and quality standards according to approved systems.Follow up on the application of HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 requirements.Identify and report non-conformities and participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).Prepare daily and periodic quality reports and communicate findings to management.Follow up on customer complaints, investigate root causes, and support corrective actions.Conduct regular quality audits and inspections in production, storage, and operational areas.Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures.Provide guidance and support for production teams regarding quality standards and procedures.Coordinate with Production, R&D, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments to improve product quality and reduce waste.Follow up on calibration of measuring and testing equipment to ensure accuracy. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Agriculture, Food Technology, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control within the food manufacturing industry.Strong practical experience in food production lines and manufacturing processes.Good knowledge of food safety standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and food safety systems.Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.Ability to prepare reports and analyze quality data.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a production environment.Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Product quality compliance rate.Reduction of defects and production losses.Response time for handling non-conformities.Internal and external audit results.Compliance with inspection plans.Reduction of customer complaints related to quality.
