Quality Control Engineer – Food Manufacturing (Concentrates)

Job Summary:We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in concentrates, sauces, or related food processing industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, food safety, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and control product quality during receiving, processing, and packaging stages.Conduct inspections, sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and quality management systems.Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Agriculture, Chemistry, or a related field.4–6 years of quality control experience in the food manufacturing industry.Experience in concentrates, tomato processing, sauces, juices, or similar food products is preferred.Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety standards, and laboratory testing procedures.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
