Job Summary:The Mid-Level Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all incoming products meet company quality standards. The role focuses on inspecting product condition, verifying product information, and ensuring accuracy of all receiving documentation within the warehouse.Key Responsibilities:Verify key product information during the receiving process (SKU, quantity, specifications, and labeling).Inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet required quality standards and are free from damage or defects.Monitor and manage product condition and quality inspection checkpoints within the warehouse.Ensure accuracy and completeness of receiving documentation and reports.Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or non-conforming products.Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues.Maintain proper records of inspections and quality checks.Support continuous improvement of quality control procedures and warehouse processes. 2–3 years of experience in quality control, warehouse operations, or a related field.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good understanding of product inspection and receiving processes.Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Basic knowledge of inventory systems and documentation handling.Strong communication and reporting skills.
