Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications. Monitor the production environment to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene standards. Perform measurements, testing, and quality checks across all production stages. Control and monitor Critical Control Points (CCP). Supervise cleaning, sanitization, and pest control programs in production and storage areas. Handle non-conforming products and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. Maintain quality documentation, reports, and system records. Ensure implementation of food safety, personal hygiene, and pharmaceutical standards. Apply occupational health and safety procedures.
