Supervise and monitor the quality of fresh and IQF products during grading, packaging, and freezing.Inspect and approve incoming produce from farms and suppliers according to export specifications.Develop and implement quality control systems to maintain high consistency across all batches.Conduct audits of farms, packhouses, and IQF factories to verify compliance with standards.Ensure all suppliers comply with food safety and export certifications (GlobalGAP, HACCP, etc.).Coordinate with logistics and export departments to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively. Education:B.Sc. in Food Science, Agricultural Engineering, or Post-Harvest Technology.Experience:5+ years in quality control for fresh and IQF fruits & vegetables.Experience with export packhouses or processing facilities.Hands-on with audits, food safety systems, and compliance reports.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of grading, packaging, and cold chain standards.Familiar with EU and GCC quality requirements.Other:Willing to travel across Egypt for inspections.
