Quality Assurance ManagementDevelop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).Establish quality standards, specifications, and procedures for all products and processes.Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and regulatory requirements.Develop and monitor quality KPIs and performance metrics.Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality issues.Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout production operations.Food Safety & HACCP ManagementDevelop, implement, and maintain the HACCP Food Safety Management System.Conduct hazard analyses and risk assessments for all production processes.Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and verify HACCP compliance.Ensure proper implementation of prerequisite programs including GMP, GHP, SSOP, and sanitation procedures.Lead food safety investigations and corrective actions.Maintain food safety documentation and records.Quality Control OperationsSupervise incoming raw material inspections and approvals.Monitor in-process production quality controls.Conduct finished product inspections and release approvals.Establish product specifications and quality acceptance criteria.Manage laboratory testing requirements and product verification activities.Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.Regulatory ComplianceEnsure compliance with Egyptian food safety regulations and requirements.Maintain compliance with National Food Safety Authority (NFSA) regulations.Ensure facility readiness for regulatory inspections and audits.Manage product traceability and recall procedures.Keep current with changes in food safety legislation and industry standards.Coordinate with governmental authorities and certification bodies.Audit & Certification ManagementLead internal quality and food safety audits.Prepare the facility for customer, supplier, and regulatory audits.Manage external certification audits.Monitor corrective and preventive action programs (CAPA).Ensure compliance with certification standards including:HACCPISO 22000GMPGHPFood Safety Management Systems (FSMS)Team ManagementLead and develop QA/QC personnel.Conduct training programs on food safety and quality standards.Ensure employees understand and comply with food safety procedures.Build a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.Documentation & ReportingMaintain all quality and food safety records.Prepare monthly quality performance reports.Analyze quality trends and identify improvement opportunities.Ensure document control procedures are properly maintained.Maintain calibration records and verification documentation.
