The Quality Control Manager will oversee all quality control processes to ensure that City Glass products meet the company’s high standards and customer expectations. Key tasks include designing quality control processes, leading inspections, analyzing product outputs, troubleshooting production issues, collaborating with production teams for improvements, and ensuring that all operational procedures comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality benchmarks. QualificationsProficiency in Quality Control and Inspection techniquesExperience with process improvement, troubleshooting, and production analysisKnowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and compliance standardsStrong leadership, team management, and organizational skillsAttention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teamsEducational background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related fieldFamiliarity with glass production technologies or materials is highly advantageous
