Quality Lead Engineer

Conduct technical evaluations and support quality improvement projects.Supervise his team perfectly to get the best results which lead to customer satisfaction.Prepare and present quality reports to line manager.Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities, test results, and nonconformities.Provide technical support and guidance for solving quality issues.Provide feedback to his line manager about lower-level team members on performance andattendance.Collaborate with other departments to maintain quality processes run smoothly.Participate in quality and safety audits and ensure compliance with standards.Identifies the information needed to solve a problem effectively.Conduct Audit on QMS of ISO 9001 & OHSMs of ISO 45001. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred Civil Engineer).Minimum 5 years of experience in the concrete industry.Excellent command of spoken and written English.Good understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.Knowledge of ISO quality systems and standards.
