Quality Management System (QMS)Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, IEC standards, customer-specific requirements, and applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.Ensure the effective deployment of the Company's Quality Policy, strategic quality objectives, and governance framework throughout all business functions.Drive standardization, process optimization, and continuous improvement to strengthen organizational quality performance and operational excellence.Quality Compliance & AuditsEstablish and execute the annual audit program, including internal, external, customer, certification, and supplier audits.Lead audit readiness activities and ensure full compliance with applicable quality standards and customer requirements.Oversee the effective implementation, verification, and closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) resulting from audit findings.Quality Performance ManagementDefine, monitor, analyze, and communicate Quality KPIs and management dashboards to support strategic decision-making.Monitor key performance indicators including Customer Complaints, Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), First Pass Yield (FPY), Defect Rate, Right First Time (RFT), Supplier PPM, Internal & External Failure Costs, and On-Time Corrective Action Closure.Drive performance improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and continuous monitoring.Non-Conformance & Corrective Action ManagementLead the organization's Non-Conformance Management process, ensuring systematic investigation, risk assessment, root cause analysis, containment actions, and sustainable corrective and preventive actions.Promote organizational learning through the deployment of lessons learned and best practices across all manufacturing operations.Supplier Quality ManagementDevelop and lead Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) strategies to ensure suppliers consistently meet quality, delivery, and performance expectations.Manage supplier qualification, audits, performance evaluations, incoming quality control, supplier development programs, and supplier corrective action processes.Partner with Procurement and Engineering teams to improve supplier capability and reduce supplier-related quality risks.Manufacturing Quality AssuranceDevelop and maintain Process Control Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and manufacturing quality standards.Ensure robust process controls, in-process inspections, statistical monitoring, and verification activities are implemented to achieve zero-defect manufacturing.Lead quality improvement initiatives across production operations utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Product Verification & Final InspectionDirect final inspection, functional testing, and product release activities to ensure full compliance with IEC standards, customer specifications, and internal quality requirements.Ensure all products are verified and approved prior to shipment through effective quality gate controls.Customer Quality ManagementLead customer quality activities by managing customer complaints, warranty issues, field quality concerns, and after-sales quality investigations.Drive timely root cause analysis and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term customer confidence.Incoming Quality ControlEnsure robust Incoming Quality Control (IQC) processes are established for purchased materials and components.Monitor supplier quality performance and ensure only conforming materials are released for production.Quality Culture & Capability DevelopmentChampion a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.Lead the "Quality School" initiative by developing and delivering structured quality training programs for blue-collar employees and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance quality competencies.Mentor quality professionals and support succession planning within the Quality function.Continuous ImprovementLead strategic quality improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, FMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.Identify improvement opportunities that enhance product quality, reduce waste, improve process capability, and optimize manufacturing efficiency. B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing (Electric Power Products / Automotive), including 5 years as Quality Manager.ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred; Six Sigma Black Belt is an advantage.Strong knowledge of IEC standards, product testing norms, and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, RCA, SPC, MSA).Proficient in ERP/QMS systems and Microsoft Office.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience in project management and data analysis (DMAIC).Fluent in English, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage stakeholders efficiently.
