Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop and manage the implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.Manage inspections and tests on construction materials and workmanship.Collaborate and advise on testing and verification of quality against the requirements. Establish and maintain a comprehensive system for document control related to quality.Manage and organize quality records, reports, and documentation.Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.Identify and address in collaboration with others non-conformities and deficiencies in construction processes subcontractors.Identify potential quality-related risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.Work with project teams to understand client expectations for quality.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields; Post graduate degree is a plus.10+ years of experience in a relevant field.Professional certifications and affiliations will be considered for different positions where it complements the role’s responsibilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is a must.Candidates must be residing in Giza our surrounding areas to ensure easy commuting to the site.
