Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and control systems for textile processes .Ensure compliance with customer specifications, international quality standards, and internal quality requirements.Lead quality assurance and quality control activities including inspections, testing, audits, and root cause analysis.Monitor and analyze quality KPIs such as defect rate, RFT, rework, claims, and customer complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions.Coordinate with Production, Planning, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to improve product quality and process performance.Lead internal and external audits and manage certifications (ISO, OEKO-TEX, customer audits, etc.).Handle customer quality issues, claims, and factory visits professionally and effectively.Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce defects and waste.Manage and develop the quality team, ensuring proper training and performance management.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements related to quality processes. Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related field.Minimum 8–12 years of experience in quality management within the textile industry.Strong technical knowledge of textile materials, processes, testing methods, and standards.Proven experience in managing quality systems and customer audits.Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX, and other relevant certifications.Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detailLeadership and team managementEffective communication and reportingContinuous improvement mindsetAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
