ACO Construction is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated QS Section Head to join our Head Office team.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing all Quantity Surveying activities, ensuring effective cost control, contract administration, budgeting, forecasting, and claims management across our ongoing and upcoming construction projects.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying function across multiple projects.• Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance.• Review contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.• Evaluate variations, claims, and subcontractor payments.• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and commercial assessments for management.• Support project teams in achieving cost efficiency and maximizing project profitability. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.• Proven experience in cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, and contract management.• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, variation orders, claims, and commercial management.• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.• Ability to lead and develop QS teams while ensuring project commercial objectives are achieved.
